Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to their needed resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services, working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

This role is responsible for reviewing referrals from various ISBH programs, evaluating when the proper assessments need to be conducted, and accurately tracking the data. The role involves data entry, tracking, and management within the Intake and Specialty Programs.

The pay range for this position is $20.19- $25.03 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

Essential Functions:

  • Receives and reviews referrals for OhioRISE and Intensive Home-Based Treatment programs

  • Accurately assesses and identifies when Child and Adolescent Needs and Strengths (CANS) assessments are needed for various programs/departments within ISBH

  • Communicate with patients to obtain accurate information and data to complete client charts

  • Continuous data entry, tracking of outcomes, and engagement

  • Stays knowledgeable on portal and tracking methodologies within healthcare administrative settings

  • Completes data requests in a timely and efficient manner for funding and grant purposes

  • Verifies health insurance information for clients and ISBH providers

  • Responsiveness to team members and community partners

  • Facilitates connections between programs to ensure a smooth delivery of service

  • Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and?program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community?resources.

  • Facilitates the execution of agency agreements, consents, and other required client documents

  • Maintains advanced knowledge of ISBH programming, processes, and systems, including program requirements and eligibility?

  • Other duties as assigned?

Minimum Requirements:

  • A High School Diploma is required

  • A bachelor's degree in healthcare administration is preferred

  • 2-3 years of experience working in data accuracy

  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems?is required

  • Agency pathway understanding is required

  • Ability to become CANS certified and renew annually thereafter

  • Knowledge of behavioral health referral processes is preferred

  • Broad knowledge of community service systems

  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment

  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expressions

  • Demonstrate the ability to collaborate across programs for excellent care delivery ?
