Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.

The pay range for this position is $19.00 - $22.26 per hour based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

Essential Functions:

  • Provides Peer Support program and House Member support, including member transport.
  • Performs a variety of administrative duties and assists in daily program delivery, support of wellness, and social recreational activities.
  • Assists in the delivery of planned activities and daily house-related services, as well as occasionally leads in the daily operational activities.
  • Assists individuals in articulating and achieving their goals for positive program participation;
  • Oversees daily house operational needs, including but not limited to: kitchen and bathroom sanitation, overall house cleanliness, and trash removal.
  • Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of referred individuals and families.
  • Directly provides and coordinates employment and vocational rehabilitation services.
  • Other duties as assigned by the Coordinator or Area Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

  • High School Diploma or GED.
  • Basic computer literacy using the current versions of Windows, Word, and Email.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to maintain confidential information.
  • Ability to establish rapport while maintaining effective relationships and boundaries with House Members, staff, and the general public.
  • Knowledge of the area's social services available from public, private, and volunteer organizations.
