Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. Our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual.
The Regional Director - East oversees the overall performance of the region, including but not limited to serving multiple programs and service lines in a multi-county area. The Regional Director supports County Managers in all operational, administrative, and clinical functions. Effectively collaborates to coordinate resources and care across regions in partnership with other regional team members and subject matter experts. Actively promotes the organization’s mission, vision, and values in all interactions.
The East region consists of the following counties in Ohio: Coshocton, Muskingum, Guernsey, Noble, Washington, Morgan and Perry.
The pay range for this position is $114,000-$140,000 annually, based on experience.

Experience:
8 years of direct relevant experience in the behavioral health industry is required
5 years of progressive experience in a leadership role is required
Experience overseeing multisite or locations is preferred
2 years’ experience managing large budgets/projects and providing operational forecasting for financial modeling is preferred
Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems is required
Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Advanced knowledge of Medicare/Medicaid regulations and procedures, licensing and certification requirements, and other state and federal regulations relating to the healthcare industry is required
Advanced knowledge of financial metrics and the ability to identify opportunities to improve upon financial metrics are required
The ability to direct, manage, implement, and evaluate operational activities is required
Ability to implement, monitor initiatives, and provide appropriate feedback, and/or corrective actions is required
Proficient computer skills, including working knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, e-mail systems, and web-based programs, are required
The ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, financial reports, and governmental regulations is required
Ability to write reports, business correspondence, speeches, and articles for publication, and local procedure manuals is required
The ability to effectively present information and respond to common inquiries and complaints from groups of managers, employees, patients, regulatory agencies, members of the business community, vendors, public groups, boards of directors, and other stakeholders is required
The ability to interact and communicate with a variety of people, both on a one-on-one basis and in meetings and group presentations; must be able to relate to and work with ill, emotionally upset, and sometimes hostile people is preferred
The ability to prioritize multiple complex tasks is required
75% travel in the field supporting client care and regional operations, or more as needed, is expected and required for this role
Excellent communication skills, both oral and written, are required
The ability to bill Medicaid without restrictions is required
A valid driver's license and the ability to operate a motor vehicle are required
An appropriate level of auto insurance coverage is required
Ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment is required
The ability to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment is required
The ability to maintain a high-speed internet connection is required
Physical Requirements:
Prolonged periods of sitting at a desk and working on a computer are required
Must be able to lift up to 15 pounds at times
