Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We meet people in their homes and communities and help connect them to the resources they need. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. All of our services are intended to be collaborative and personalized for the individual. The hours for this role are 2:00 pm - 10:00 pm EST. This role requires weekend shifts.

The pay rate for this position is $19.00 to $22.26 per hour.

Essential Functions:

  • Assesses or defines the strengths and needs of youth.
  • Provides direct care and supervision through facility-based behavioral health services that are practical, helpful, and collaborative.
  • Provides behavioral interventions within a safe, caring, and structured environment ensuring health and well-being.
  • Ensures adherence to schedules and daily routine.
  • May be required to assist with meal distribution, planning, and implementing activities
  • Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, and cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.
  • Complete daily summaries of youth’s activities and actions thoroughly and accurately and submit them within the required timeframes.
  • Provides active coaching for personal care needs including health, hygiene, nutrition, and life skills.
  • Ensures program areas are safe and follows program rules and policies.
  • Teaches, demonstrates, and models appropriate behavioral management, problem-solving, and coping techniques to youth.
  • Advocates for youth, ensuring all basic needs are met, and assists youth with communicating those needs appropriately.
  • Provides transportation for youth as needed, ensuring compliance with all safety/car seat laws and regulations.
  • Dispenses all medications as directed per prescription and documents per agency policy.
  • Meets billing productivity requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.
  • Other duties as assigned.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Must be able to work 2nd shift.
  • High School Diploma or GED required.
  • A minimum of three years of directly relevant experience, a bachelor’s degree, or peer certification is preferred.
  • Demonstrates a high degree of cultural awareness.
  • Experience with multi-need individuals and families.
  • Broad knowledge of facility-based service systems.
  • Licensed and able to operate a motor vehicle with an appropriate level of insurance coverage.
  • Willing to participate in and lead cross-systems team-building activities.
  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
