Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The Grant and Development Business Administrator is responsible for all business aspects of grant and development programs within the organization, working in collaboration with the Chief Financial Officer, Chief Development Officer, and Chief Operating Officer.


The Grant & Development Business Administrator is responsible for ensuring compliance across multiple external funding streams for the organization, including but not limited to governmental (SAMSHA, OMHAS, HHS) as well as corporate and private funders.


The Grant & Development Business Administrator does not directly supervise positions. However, they will collaborate routinely with budget analysts, program managers, and senior leadership staff throughout the life cycle of the funded initiative.

The salary range for this position is $93,884.21 to $110,000.32 per year based on experience.

 

Essential Functions:
• Develop & maintain grant/fund tracking system from request for funding through close-out.
• Manage all external reporting to ensure consistency, accuracy, and timeliness of submissions.
• In collaboration with operational managing directors serve as primary/secondary point of contact for all funder requests.
• Lead working sessions with operations and administrative support in the development of program narratives and associated budgets and subsequent reporting needs
• In collaboration with the Corporate Controller, ensure all external audits/financial filings are completed per terms of funding requirements.
• Assist as needed in writing proposals/responses.
• Assist as needed in financial analysis.
• Assist in identifying new funding opportunities.
• Educate teams on grant compliance items as applicable.
• Serve as administrative lead for all external reporting portals such as Grants.gov., OCEAN, SAM.gov., etc.
• Evaluate and address corrective action goals as appropriate for program performance relative to budgeted/anticipated performance.
• Review expenditures to ensure compliance and work with operations and finance to resolve any discrepancies.
• Perform periodic audits as deemed necessary by evaluation of programmatic risk.
• Participate in NGMA
• Performs other duties as assigned.


Minimum Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in business or healthcare administration, or related field.  Master's preferred
• Minimum of 5 years related experience in project management with a minimum of 3 years specifically in grants management.
• Demonstrated high degree of cultural awareness.
• Strong financial acumen with a broad knowledge of financial principles as it pertains to GAAP and IRS requirements.
• Excellent time/task management skills with attention to detail
• Ability to use appropriate databases, spreadsheets, and other software.
• Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
