Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. We are seeking a full-time Youth Residential Licensed Practical Nurse. Licensure as a LPN is required.

The salary range for this position is $47,604.13 to $55,766.68.

Essential Functions:

• Provides direct care and nursing services to residents as prescribed by individual treatment plans.
• Assist with Medication Administration, medical records, medical charts, etc.
• Participates in multi-disciplinary care team meetings as needed.
• Monitors existing/chronic health conditions of residents.
• Obtains patient data and vital signs.
• Complies with all reporting requirements, biohazard program requirements, medical protocols, etc.
• Attendance at meetings per prior arrangement, and participation as an interdisciplinary team member.
• Meets billing productivity requirements established.
• Required to be on-call for emergencies at various times throughout the year.
• Other duties as assigned by the Practice Manager.

Minimum Requirements:

• Degree from an accredited LPN program.
• Must be licensed in Ohio as a Licensed Practical Nurse.
• Two years experience nursing experience within the medical or behavioral health field.
• Broad knowledge of community service systems.
• Willing to participate in and lead collaborative community building activities.
• Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.
• Must be able to use an electronic health record (EHR).
• Must be able to operate within an Internet-based, automated office environment.
