Integrated Services for Behavioral Health (ISBH) is a community-minded, forward-thinking behavioral health organization helping people along the road to health and well-being. We serve Southeastern and Central Ohio with a comprehensive array of behavioral health and other services – working with local partners to promote healthy people and strong communities. The Help Me Grow Program Manager serves as the primary resource for expertise for Help Me Grow (HMG) services, providing guidance, support, and oversight to ensure high-quality service delivery. This role is responsible for supporting counties in program planning, development, implementation, and evaluation, as well as compliance with fidelity. The Program Manager is the subject matter expert and promotes collaboration and innovation, ensures effective communication and process alignment, and supports the implementation of best practices to achieve organizational goals.?

The salary range for this position is $71,000.00 to $88,000.00 based on experience, education, and/or licensure.

Essential Functions:

  • Maintains expert knowledge related to pertinent content areas, program developments and local systems-of-care; including but not limited to program fidelity, Medicaid and Department of Youth and Children, Healthy Families America (HFA) requirements, HMG best practices, relevant reporting, as well as new and developing program requirements.

  • Serves as the Contract Manager for the ISBH Help Me Grow program.

  • Integrates the principles and values of continuous quality improvement (CQI) throughout.

  • Works with Regional Directors and County Managers to establish individual, team, and departmental goals with performance metrics in alignment with organization’s strategic plan supporting mission and values.

  • Serves as support for supervisors and team members’ unique program and process questions, communication of policy and procedure changes, and ensures general adherence to program fidelity.

  • Supports county supervisors in review and selection of new team members as well as evaluation of employee performance.

  • Maintains necessary documentation, participates in program evaluation, attends team and program planning meetings, cross-systems training, and acquires knowledge of community resources.

  • Review and update program monitoring spreadsheets.

  • Responsible for obtaining and maintaining program accreditation and ensuring compliance with accrediting body policies and standards.

  • Meets program performance requirements established by Integrated Services for Behavioral Health.

  • Establishes and conducts recurring team meetings and one-on-one meetings with staff.

  • Develop internal training plans to enhance team members’ knowledge and create growth opportunities.

  • Monitors and tracks team performance measures and goals related to program

requirements.

  • Provide reports to Director, Intake and Specialty Programs as applicable.
  • Collaborate with peer departments in meeting the needs of the clients and stakeholders within the mission, values, and goals of ISBH.

  • Collects, analyzes, and composes reports for internal and external stakeholders, including reconciliation of Department of Children and Youth billing.

  • Builds and maintains external and internal relationships to drive program growth, mutually beneficial solutions, and positive client experiences

  • Presents at various community, state, and national conferences/initiatives on behalf of ISBH as needed.

  • Responsible for building and maintaining community partnerships with outside entities that engage and work with children and families.

  • Positively represents the organization to potential clients, external stakeholders, and collaborating entities by integrating exemplary customer service in all aspects of work processes and outcomes.

  • Other duties as assigned.

Education Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in social work, education, counseling, psychology, public health, public administration, education or related fields are required. Master’s degree preferred.
  • Licensed as LSW/LPC or LISW/LPCC/PhD/IMFT preferred.

Experience Requirements:

  • Four plus years of experience delivering or managing specialized programming or services such as Help Me Grow, Healthy Families America, CelebrateOne, or related infant mortality and family support programs.
  • Ability to establish trusting relationships.
  • Acceptance of individual differences.
  • Experience and willingness to work with the culturally diverse populations present among the site’s target population.
  • Knowledge of infant and child development.
  • Open to reflective practice.
  • Infant mental health endorsement preferred.
  • Knowledge of OCHIDS data system required.
  • Individuals familiar with the use of motivational interviewing and trauma-informed practices preferred.

  • Broad knowledge of community service systems.

  • Commitment to a diverse, inclusive, and respectful workplace required.

  • Able to effectively communicate through verbal/written expression.

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage deadlines within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

  • Experience working within Electronic Health Record systems.

  • Must be able to operate in an Internet-based, automated office environment.
